| I purchased this soap locally for 12.00 for one bottle, so the price on Amazon is several dollars cheaper per bottle! I make my own soap for the warm/hot water loads, and I use this for loads using cold water. It cleans just as well as the store brand I was using (Purex) and is easier on the environment and our clothes. It does not leave a residue, although I do have softened water. When I take the clothes out of the dryer (no need for softeners, as there are soy softeners in the product), my clothes just smell clean. Nothing artificial. The soap doesn't bubble and the water doesn't get slippery, but I know it's still working because my clothes come out clean. |

| This detergent has a *very* light fragrance (the lavender scent is a pleasant herbal smell not "flowery" at all). The built-in fabric softener softens nominally and it does *not* prevent static cling! After drying, it's hard to smell the lavender fragrance at all. I'd say it's a great laundry detergent, but you'll need a separate fabric softener (especially in winter!). |

| Was a total Tide devotee and was convinced to try Ecos by both a co-worker and my mother. This stuff works great!!!!! You only use a very small amount and it also has a fabric softener so no more Bounty sheets for me either! I have a 6 month old and it even gets out baby food stains. really glad I tried it! |

| We have tried various brands of lavender scented detergent. We are also looking for ecologically beneficial products. This brand has been most satisfactory and it lasts a long time. We use less that the suggested amount and our clothes come clean and have a lovely scent. One case (4 bottles) lasted us (2 people) for six months. A great value! |

| I love the smell of Ecos lavender detergent--natural and light. Works well on getting dirt out, but for stains, additional stain removers are necessary. I have tried many natural detergents and they are all that way--think the natural is just gentler. Get a good natural staimn remover and most stains can be removed. Concentrated, too. |
