| These are excellant pans. I would recommend them over non stick pans. I cook in them everyday. Easy cleanup, and the food cooks so much more evenly. Once the pan is hot it maintains an even heat. |
This pan will pamper you if you pamper it. Great pan!

Hi,
I don't usually spend time giving a product review but, I am so pleased with this pan, I can't help myself. I have been cooking for well over 30 years. I mean lots of cooking every day. This is by far the best pan I have ever used. It cooks beautifully and clean up is a breeze. You can just wipe it out with a paper towel and move on to the next thing. This is how it pampers you. NO more soaking and scrubbing. Just a little soap and water if you so desire and its clean. Now here is where you need to pamper this beauty,coat the pan with a thin layer of oil and store in a place where nothing will sit on top of it. If you need to put another pan on top of it, put a towel between them for protection. You will not be dissapointed. Bon appétite!

| Been looking for a non-stick, non-Teflon frying pan. Like that it has recycled aluminum, a ceramic surface, and is lighter than many pans. Have had no problems cooking with it. Looking to buy more of this brand. |

This may be the best pan I have ever purchased. Over the years I have bought dozens of pans from calphalon and analon. Some of which have exceeded $100.
I just cooked an egg with absolutely no oil. I was able to flip it in the pan without any utensils! I have never been able to do this with even the most expensive teflon pans. Furthermore, the heat was very even all around the pan.
The only thing I would change about this pan is the handle. It is a comfortable grip, however the plastic gets hot enough to cause the handle to release a slight odor indicative of burning plastic. This may be because the pan is still new, as I just received it in the mail today. I will try and remember to update this in a year or so to report back on how the pan holds up over time. |

| This has become my favorite pan in the kitchen. Nothing sticks and it brown food nicely. It's so easy now to fry eggs, hashbrowns, rice noodles(which still sticks like crazy in my seasoned iron wok)and so easy to wash, no scrubbing required. |
